Our search tools and game run entirely in your web browser. The letters you enter are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. There is nothing to install and no account to create. Everything on the website is free to use. Advertising helps cover the cost of hosting and development so it can stay that way.
I'm an independent full-stack developer, and I built 5WordFinder to make finding the right word quick and simple, whether you're stuck on today's Wordle, planning a Scrabble move or solving a crossword.

Our word lists are compiled from publicly available word sources and are updated regularly, but they may not match every game's official dictionary. If you spot a mistake or have an idea for a new feature, we would genuinely like to hear about it, and we read every message.
